This is my first ever morning post! One has different thoughts in the morning, quite often sober ones. And yet "only dull people are brilliant at breakfast" according to Oscar Wilde. So I'll try not to be brilliant. In fact, unlike Oscar, I have a distinct fear of brilliance. Actually, I think what Oscar was getting at was that he was a night-owl crackhead.
These then are my sober morning thoughts:
From now on:
- The tooth fairy's a bitch
- Children get the vote
- Politicians and comedians will swap jobs
- We all give up our current addiction to trading and concentrate on a healthy lifestyle
- National borders will be moved, on an monthly basis, a thousand miles to the left
- Guns will be made of toast
- Forgiveness is a hypnopompic insectivore
Continuing on, I shall try to start thinking in different parts of the day. After that, different locations, like the top of a mountain, or underwater, and see what happens.
I want to thank you a whole lot for your job you have made in writing this posting. I am hoping the same top job by you later on as well.
